| 摘 要： | 为了探索采用焚烧工艺处理污水厂剩余污泥的可行性,在杭州市七格污水处理厂建设了规模为100t/d的污泥焚烧处理工程,运行结果表明复合干化器内温度均匀,污泥干燥良好,烟气排放特性和飞灰浸出毒性达标。该文介绍了其运行分析情况,以数据证明采用循环流化床一体化焚烧技术处理污泥在工程上是可行的。

Analysis on Operation of lOOt/d Sludge Incinerator in Hangzhou Qige Wastewater Treatment Plant |

| Abstract: | To investigate the feasibility of using the incineration technology to treat the surplus sludge from WWTP, the capacity of 100 t/d sludge incineration treatment project is constructed in Hangzhou Qige Wastewater Treatment Plant. The operation result shows that the temperature is even, the sludge is dried better, and the smoke emission character and the fly ash toxicity are under the standard in the composite drying device. The article introduces its operation and proves that it is feasible to use the circulating fluidized bed integrated incineration technology for treating the sludge in the projects by the data. |
