三峡工程建成后对武汉市防洪的影响

三峡工程的建成无疑会对武汉的防洪起到重大作用,但也会在河道冲淤、险段变化,以及城市排渍等方面产生一些不利影响,这些方面近几年在武汉已显端倪。该文对这些现象进行了定性分析,也对三峡建成前后相关数据进行了量的比较,并提出相关对策。值得说明的是,这些现象虽然从定性上分析与三峡建成有必然联系,但由于三峡工程建成期较短,其天然来水等水文要素历时短而代表性不强,加之其它方面偶然因素,相关数据比较是一个综合因素影响的结果。加强对其长期观测和研究非常必要,以便将来做出更符合实际的定量分析。

Influence of Completed Three Gorges Project on Flood Control of Wuhan

The completion of the Three Gorges Project surely plays the important role in the flood control of Wuhan,but also will cause some adverse effects to the river scouring and silting,dangerous section variation and city drainage,which have already showed clue in recent years.The article qualitatively analyzes these phenomena,quantitatively compares the relative data before and after the completion of the Three Gorges Project,and puts forward the relative countermeasures.It is worthy to illustrate that these phenomena have the inevitable connection with the completion of the Three Gorges Project according to the qualitative analysis,but its representative is not powerful because of its shorter completion period and the short duration of hydrological factors,i.e.its natural water and etc.plus the other contingent factors.The comparison of related data is an influence result of comprehensive factor.It is very necessary to strengthen its long-term observation and study so as to carry out the quantitative analysis more satisfying the practice.
