轨道交通16号线U型梁架设施工技术

摘    要:U型梁为开口截面,抗扭刚度低,传统的架桥机架梁方式无法直接应用于U型梁的架设中,目前国内采用U型梁的城市如重庆、上海、南京、广州等均为吊车安装或龙门吊安装。该文针对以上问题,以轨道交通16号线U型梁架设为例,从架桥机及运梁车的设计、架桥机架梁、架桥机过孔三个方面详细介绍了U型梁架桥机架设的施工方法,开创了U型梁架桥机架设的先河,为今后类似桥梁的施工提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:The U-shaped girder is the open section,and its torsional rigidity is low.The traditional girder erection method by a bridge erection machine is unable directly to use in the erection of U-shaped girder.At present,the U-shaped girder used in the cities,i.e.Chongqing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou and etc.is erected by the hoister or gantry crane in China.Aiming at the above problems,the article illustrates the construction method of erecting the U-shaped girder by a bridge erection machine from three aspects of the design of bridge erection machine and girder transporting vehicle,bridge erection machine to erect girder and bridge erection machine through hole according to the erection of U-shaped girder of the Rail Traffic Line 16,and creates a precedent of erecting the U-shaped girder by a bridge erection machine,which provides some reference for the construction of the similar bridges in future.
