大直径长距离钢顶管施工风险及控制

摘    要:青草沙水源地原水工程是施工范围最大的一次在市区实施钢顶管施工的项目。其中,严桥支线的线路全长为双线27 km,钢管直径为DN3600 mm;金海支线线路全长为双线8.6 km,钢管直径为DN2800 mm。该文通过青草沙水源地原水工程严桥支线和金海支线的部分工程案例,分析了大直径长距离钢顶管的施工风险,并给出了风险控制措施。其施工技术对类似工程的施工具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Qingcaosha Water Source Project is the largest scope of construction in the steel pipe jacking in the urban areas,in which the line of Yanqiao Branch is the double-line 27 km long in all and the diameter of steel pipes is DN3 600 mm,and the line of Jinhai Branch is the double-line 8.6 km long in all and the diameter of steel pipes is DN2 800 mm.As the background of Yanqiao Branch and Jinhai Branch in Qingcaosha Water Source Project,the article analyzes the construction risk of long-distance large-diameter steel pipe jacking,and gives the risk control measures,which have a certain reference value for the construction of the similar projects.
