摘 要: | 通过数值方法研究轴的转速、油膜刚度对螺旋桨轴振动的影响关系,由计算结果得到如下结论:随着螺旋桨轴的转速增加,轴承的油膜动态刚度降低,螺旋桨轴的振动频率降低,且在低速区这种影响关系更为明显。

Abstract: | The influence relationship among the shaft rotation speed,the dynamic rigidity of oil film and the vibration property of the propeller shaft was analyzed by numerical method.The numerical results showed that: when the rotation speed of the propeller shaft increases,the dynamic rigidity of the lubrication oil film of the ship stern journal bearing decreases,while the vibration frequency of the propeller shaft decreases.This influence relationship is obvious in the unsteady domain of the low rotation speed. |
