永磁操动机构的动态分析

摘    要:
给出了永磁操动机的基本原理及负载特性,分析了磁场耦合模型及工作过程中的电磁机理的对对合成磁场的电磁吸力,动态铁芯的运动方程及算法原理进行了研究。最后对永磁操动技术的优越性及特点,以及在我国应用前景进行了简单分析。

Abstract:
The principle of the magnetic actuator and its working properties are presented, and the mathematic models, electro-magnetic characteristics of the actuator are analysised in this paper. The plunger movement and the electro-magnetic force from the coupled magnetic field are studied as wel1. Far more, the prototype tests are also done and the Dynamic Curves and data are given out, and the theoratical analysis in this paper is proved. At last, the advantages and the prospect of the actuator being used in China are presented.
