某自锚式悬索桥吊杆施工关键技术

摘    要:自锚式悬索桥是一种结构体系封闭的超静定结构,控制吊杆张拉力是实现合理成桥状态的一项重要措施.文章结合一座自锚式悬索桥吊杆张拉施工,分析了合理成桥状态下的吊杆内力,模拟并确定了吊杆的分次张拉施工过程,在索夹预偏计算中考虑了主缆的几何非线性影响,提出用油顶逐一试张拉的方式检测各吊杆内力.实践表明,文章所提出的吊杆施工技术可保证主梁和主塔受力合理.

Key Techniques of Hanger Construction of a Self-Anchored Suspension Bridge

Abstract:Self-anchored suspension bridge is a kind of hyperstatic structure with closed structure system. The control of hanger tension force is an important procedure to realize the designated bridge completion status. Taking account of a self-anchored suspension bridge, hanger tension force under completion status is analyzed. Through simulation, the stepwise tensioning of hangers is determined. In order to obtain the offset value for each hanger clamp, geometrically nonlinear behavior of main cable is considered. Meanwhile, a jack-up method applied to each individual hanger is proposed to calibrate the hanger tension force. It proves that the presented practice for hanger erection in the self-anchored suspension bridge can ensure the main tower and girder in reasonable status.
