公路建设项目社会稳定风险分析

公路作为重要的交通基础设施建设项目,其建设面临着征用土地、房屋拆迁、环境影响等诸多容易导致各种群体性事件的风险,这些风险如果处理不当,极易诱发社会矛盾,造成社会的骚乱.文章探讨了公路建设项目可行性研究中社会稳定风险分析的工作流程、主要内容及分析方法,并以江苏省229省道（江阴段）建设工程为例进行了社会稳定风险分析,以期为其他公路建设项目进行社会稳定风险分析提供参考.

Social Stability Risk Assessment for Highway Construction Projects

Highway project is one of the important transportation infrastructure. The land acquisition, house demolition, environmental impact and other group events can easily lead to all kinds of risks in the process of the project construction. These risks can easily lead to social conflicts and social unrest if they are not handled properly. In this paper, the social stability risk analysis workflow, the main content and analytical methods in feasibility study of highway project are studied. Then, taking No. 229 provincial highway （Jiangyin segment） as an example, the social stability risk analysis is conducted wihch could be provide reference for other highway construction projects.
