飞轮储能在港口吊机制动能量再生系统中的应用

摘    要:文章分析了港口吊机能耗特性,找出能源浪费的关键环节;通过储能技术的比选,得出适合吊机制动能回收的存储技术;根据吊机的电气结构设计了飞轮制动能再生系统的架构,并根据试验机在港口实测的数据计算节能效益,结果表明飞轮制动能再生系统综合节能率约为54.8%,节能效果显著.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the energy consumption characteristics of port cranes to find out the key aspect of energy waste, compares energy storage technologies to get the most suitable technology for crane energy regeneration. According to the electrical structure of crane, architecture of flywheel energy regeneration system is designed, and energy efficiency is calculated based on the data measured at the port, the results show that energy saving effect is remarkable and comprehensive energy saving rate is about 54.8%.
