商用车驾驶室弯扭组合工况力学性能及测试方法

摘    要:对商用车驾驶室弯扭工况进行分析,提出弯扭工况的边界条件和载荷条件。根据弯扭工况的约束和载荷条件,提出进行弯扭工况力学性能分析的试验方案和试验设备。对某型商用车弯扭工况的刚度和强度进行测试,并对测试结果进行了分析。

Abstract:The torsional condition of the commercial vehicle cab is analyzed and the boundary constrains and load conditions are proposed.The test methods and instruments are suggested according to the torsional condition.The torsional stiffness and strength of a commercial vehicle cab are tested.We provide some conclusions in the end.
