对钢桁梁桥整体节点杆件与腹杆配合公差及相关标准的探讨

由于《铁路钢桥施工规范》等标准对钢桁梁桥整体节点杆件的安装验收缺少明确的标准规定,为了确保该类钢梁桥制造、安装工作的顺利进行,结合芜湖长江大桥及类似桥遇到的问题,兼顾复杂钢梁杆件制造公差的合理、匹配要求,提出了对相关规范的补充完善建议,可供规范修订时参考。

Study on Fit Tolerance and Relevant Standards of Overall Joint Member and Web Member of Steel Truss Girder Bridge

Due to the absence of specifications for installation and acceptance of overall nodal members of steel truss bridge in Specifications for Railway Steel Bridge Construction and other relevant standards,and in view of the problems encountered in the fabrication of Wuhu Changjiang River Bridge and similar bridges,this paper proposes some suggestions to accomplish relevant specifications and provides references for specification revision with respect to reasonability and fitness of fabrication tolerance of complicated steel members in order to ensure smoothly fabrication and installation of similar bridges.
