沥青路面压实度评价及控制探讨

摘    要:应用3种不同的标准密度计算沥青路面的压实度,由于标准密度的不同,压实度评价出现不一致的结果.其中采用试验室马歇尔密度作为标准密度计算压实度,压实度评价结果容易达到,最大理论密度次之,而采用试验路的芯样密度作为标准密度时,压实度评价结果不合格.结果表明施工时碾压的压实功要比马歇尔试验的大,造成压实度指标容易达到要求,试验路的碾压工艺控制比施工的时候要好.

Abstract:This paper discusses the calculation of compaction degree of asphalt pavement by three different standard densities. Because of different standard densities, results of compaction degree evaluation are not coincident. The result of compaction degree evaluation are easily achieved by standard density of laboratory Mashell test density, max theory density takes second place. But tile result of compaction degree evaluation don't achieve qualification with standard density of cores of test section. The results indicate that the compaction power of construction grinding and pressure is greater than Mashell test, resulting more easily to achieve requirement of compaction degree index, controlling of the grinding and pressure of test section is better than usually construction.
