| 摘 要： | 本文简述水火弯板加工过程中各种影响参数的类型及几种主要影响参数的实验分析．在大量试板的实验基础上，采集实船板的样本数据，应用数理统计原理和多元回归分析方法。建立一种变形参数的回归模型，求出回归参数的最小平方估计值，进行回归假设检验；给出回归公式中的各种参数适用条件．分析多元回归中随机扰动误差的产生原因；指出对于水火弯板应用回归分祈方法的实用性。

| Abstract: | Various types of parameters in the process of line heat forming and experimental analyses of several major parameter are briefly described. Based on the sample data of ship plate, and by applying mathematical statistics and multivariate regression analysis, a regression model of deformation parameter is established. Then least square estimation is calculated, and the regression assumptions are verified in order to specify the applicable range for the parameters used in regression formulae. The cause of random pertubation errors occured in multivariate regression is discussed. And the usefulness of the regression method in the application of line heat forming is emphasized. |
