| 摘 要： | 责任成本控制是企业内部一个完整的工程项目，通过确定优化的施工组织设计方案，划定收入与支出配比责任层次，编制各层次的责任成本，各责任层次的责任中心制定控制措施，对各项工作进行过失奖惩，从而提高项目整体经济效益的一种管理行为。
