| 摘 要： | 舰船战损是威胁舰船生命力和战斗力的重要因素,在海战中有效地保存或恢复己舰的生命力和战斗力,也能更有效地打击敌方。通过对水面舰船的损管监控系统在管辖范围、管理层次、主要功能等方面进行阐述,并对未来损管监控系统设计进行探讨,使舰船损管监控在海战中的作用得到全新的认识和发展。

| Abstract: | In the naval warfare, effectively maintaining or recovering the fighting capability of ship as well as its combat effectiveness means more effective striking against the adversaries. This paper elaborates the damage control and monitoring system on the aspects of their ruling scopes, management levels, main functions etc., and takes into account for the design future damage control and monitoring system. This will help to understand the functions of the ship damage control and monitoring system in the war time. |
