客流因素影响地铁正点运营的分析与对策

Analysis on Passenger Flow Factors Affecting Punctuality Operation of Subway and Countermeasures

Along with the continued growing of metro system passenger volumes, the problem of metro service punctuality affected by passenger flow factors has become prominent. Through analyzing passenger flow factors which include occurring periods, major station characteristics, passenger flow control ways and influencing range, a series of characteristics and relationship among high passenger flow densities, joint control bottleneck during peak hour, difficult traffic organization and large area affected were identified. In view of these characteristics, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the influence of passenger flow factors, such as optimizing traffic organization, strengthening traffic control, strengthening key card control and hardware support, optimizing operation procedures, strengthening publicity and education, so as to further improve the metro service punctuality performance.
