刚性接触网的研究综述及展望

摘    要:刚性接触网以其接触线无张力、零部件少、净空要求低、维修量小等特点,被广泛应用于地铁隧道内。通过调研国内外刚性接触网的结构形式,发现国内使用的刚性接触网结构较为单一,刚性接触网的系统性和完备性的标准体系有待进一步建立。刚性接触网在使用过程中出现多为与时间相关的故障,其动力仿真和测试得到的弓网动力性能数据尚需进一步确认其有效性。从结构、故障、标准、仿真和测试5个方面归纳和总结刚性接触网的研究现状,对刚性接触网的未来发展给出一些建议。

Abstract:Overhead conductor rail which has lots of advantage such as tension-free contact wire, fewer parts, low headroom requirements and maintenance work, etc, is widely used in the subway tunnel. This paper was studying the struture of conductor rail. It found that the domestic use of conductor rail is single. And There are no systematic comparison between different structures. Standard construction of conductor rail is not yet mature. Systematic and completeness of the standard system will be further established. There are many time-related failures during use. The data form pantograph and overhead conductor rail simulation and test needs further confirmation of their validity. Finally, some recommendations for condurctor rail has been given.
