| 摘 要： | 取土坑是公路工程建设项目的一个重要组成，其安全管理非常重要。结合工程实例，探讨取土坑的概念、安全管理的难点及其管理责任划分等问题，最后从明确职责、宣传教育、现场管理、日常管理、用后移交等方面阐述如何有效地对取土坑进行安全监管。

| Abstract: | The borrowing-soil pit is a part of the highway construction project ,its safety management is very im-portant.With the example of a highway construction project ,its conception ,the difficulties of safety management and re-sponsibilities division are discussed.Finally ,how to effectively manage the borrowing -soil pit safely is put forward from identifying responsibilities ,publicizing and education ,on-the-spot management ,daily management and transfer after use. |
