904L不锈钢双极板的电化学行为

摘    要:采用电化学方法研究了904 L不锈钢在PEMFC环境中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,904L的钝化电流密度低于1.0×10-5A.cm-2.在PEMFC阴阳极工作电极电位下,904L表面能够形成稳定的钝化膜.这是由于其主要钝化元素Ni与Cr含量较高,在904L表面发生了均匀腐蚀.

Abstract:Electrochemical corrosion behavior of 904L is studied in simulated PEMFC environments using electrochemical measurement methods.The results show that passive current density of 904L is lower than 1.0×10-5 A·cm-2.The stable passive films can formed on the surface of 904L at operational potential in simulated PEMFC environments,which results from higher Cr and Ni contents in 904L.Only uniform corrosion is observed on the surface of 904L after potentiostatic polarization.
