伺服系统作为数控机床的核心,保障机床正常运转,一旦发生故障,影响范围及后果极大.文章介绍了数控机床伺服系统的组成和分类以及伺服系统故障类型,阐述了数控机床伺服系统常见故障的基本维修流程和常用维修方法,最后归纳总结了数控机床伺服系统常见故障处理措施.

Abstract:
As the core of CNC machine tools,the servo system guarantees the normal operation of the machine tools.Once a failure occurs,the scope of influence and the consequences are great.The article introduces the composition and classification of CNC machine tool servo system and the types of servo system faults,expounds the basic maintenance process and common repair methods of common faults of CNC machine tool servo system,and finally summarizes the common fault handling measures of CNC machine tool servo system.
