海港码头钢管桩护甲防护技术研究

摘    要:对深圳盐田港3.5万t级和5万t级码头投入使用10余年的状况进行全面检测、评估和维护。钢管桩作为码头主要受力构件,受海水腐蚀问题突出,是本次维护施工的重点。通过实例对海洋护甲DENSO2000FD重型海洋钢管桩保护系统、施工方法及应用效果进行了介绍。

Abstract:Comprehensive tests,evaluation and maintenance occurred on Hong Kong Yantian Container Terminals which has 35000 ton and 50000 ton load bearing after it is put into use for more than ten years. Owing to central bearing carrier and seriously marine corrosion,steel-pipe pile was the focal point of the maintenance work. In this paper,construction about sea shield DENSO 2000FD heavy marine steel-pipe pile protection system was introduced in detail by examples.
