温拌超薄层沥青混凝土配合比设计与试验研究

摘    要:为了实现超薄沥青混凝土薄层罩面低温施工,引入一种可以降低混合料拌和摊铺压实温度的温拌改性沥青技术,通过试验研究了温拌沥青混合料的配合比设计方法和路用性能,并在实际工程中得到应用。试验证明,温拌改性沥青超薄混凝土与热拌沥青混合料一样具有良好的路用性能,并能在更低的气温下施工,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:To realize overlay of ultra-thin asphalt mix in low temperature,warm modified bitumen is used to reduce temperature of mixing,paving and pressing. The design method of aggregate gradation and road performance of WMA are studied by lots of experimentations. And this technique is also applied to the practice project. The tests prove that WMA has the same good road performance as HMA and is used in the lower temperature. So it has vast application prospect.
