预应力CFRP加筋土路堤的有限元分析

摘    要:预应力CFRP加筋土路堤是一种新型的路堤施工技术,该技术采用了碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)作为加筋材料。路堤填筑到一定高度后对其下的筋带进行张拉,对土体施加侧向预压应力,从而提高了路堤的承载能力。这种路堤构筑技术采用MSC.Marc有限元软件进行仿真,有限元计算过程中考虑了筋带与填土的相互作用、填筑过程、预应力施加。与试验结果对比,计算结果较为合理。

Abstract:The embankment of prestressed CFRP reinforced-earth is a new kind of construction technique in which carbon fabrics reinforced plastics(CFRP) is adopted for reinforcement material.When the earth-fill of embankment is to a certain depth,strips under earth are stretched,lateral compression prestress is applied to the earth,and bearing capacity of embankment is improved.FEM program MSC.Marc was used to simulate the embankment structure. The interaction of earth-fill and strips,construction process,prestress applying were considered in FEM calculation.Comparing with the test results,the calculating results are reasonable.
