摘    要:针对北方地区铁路线2013年3、4月间发生的多起货车制动阀作用不良现象,取一典型抱闸故障分析,发现来自于副风缸内的残留物在春季融化,制动时随压力空气侵入制动阀阀体内,从而造成制动阀作用不良;列车的制动主管不通畅,这些问题都可能会导致列车出现抱闸故障。该分析便于制定针对性的纠防措施,有利于降低北方地区春季时的制动系统故障、保障铁路行车安全。

Reason Analysis of a Typical Case of Unexpected Brake Shoe Seized on Wheel in Freight Train

Abstract:For the northern railway line, braking valves in freight train have gone bad dozens of times in March and April of 2013. Take a typical brake failure case to conduct analysis, and it is found that the residual freezing matter in auxiliary reservoir melt in spring, when the freight train was braking the melted matter intruded into valve body with charging airflow, causing adverse effects of the valve. Besides, the brake pipe of the freight train seemed to be not smooth. These factors were both likely to result in unexpected brake shoe seized on wheel. This analysis is to facilitate to formulate the corrective and preventive measures targeted, help to reduce the brake failure events happened in northern region in spring and to protect the safety of the railway.
