摘    要:利用集成测试和虚拟仪器的设计思想,设计基于虚拟仪器的电路板卡测试系统,从系统的整体结构及原理、硬件和软件设计开发进行了阐述。实际测试结果表明该系统可以大大提高测试的准确度和效率,具有很好的实用性和扩展性。

Abstract:Circuit board test system is designed based on the design idea of integrated test and virtual instrument. The principle structure of system, hardware and software design is described in detail. The test results show that the system can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency, and has good usability and expansibility.
