摘    要:为了利用海上风能和潮流能,文章提出了"三筒型漂浮式风—流发电装置"概念,并开展了装置总体设计,然后利用ANSYS软件建立联合发电装置载体有限元模型,根据CCS相关规范,对平台载体进行了波浪载荷计算和结构强度评估,对不同工况下的载荷特点和结构响应进行了分析。结果表明,该型式发电装置载体结构符合CCS规范要求,能够保证安全运行,进而为同类载体的应用设计提供了一定参考。

Abstract:The paper presents a floating platform design for a hybrid ocean renewable power generating system. The co-generator system is a new concept design. The paper firstly established the finite element model of floating three-cylinder co-generator system by ANSYS. Then, based on the three dimensional potential flow theory the calculation of the wave loads of the carrier was carried out. Finally, considering the influence of wind, wave and current, the paper analyzed the overall structural strength of carrier under the rated condition and the limit condition, and the high-stress areas and the location of the large deformation are found. The result shows that the structural strength of carrier is in line with regulatory requirements of Chinese Classification Society. The research in the paper provides a certain reference for the application and design of the same carrier in future.
