| 摘 要： | 壳舾涂一体化和设计、生产、管理一体化是现代造船模式的基础和核心。壳舾涂一体化实际上是一种造船各要素的有机整合,也是系统工程的一种应用。设计、生产、管理一体化是指设计、生产和管理这三者不同的信息、能量和物质流动能够有机结合,这是设计思维、建造策略和管理思想的一体化,由此要求设计按照壳舾涂一体化制定工作计划,并为生产的壳舾涂一体造船进行相应的生产技术准备。文章从系统思维的角度探索了两个一体化造船的现状、实践和拓展。
