摘    要:水泥基注浆料因良好的流动性,成本低的特点,在隧道拱顶空洞填补中得到广泛应用。化学外加剂对注浆料性能起着重要作用,为研究缓凝剂对水泥基注浆料性能的影响,选用6种缓凝剂对比研究各缓凝剂对水泥基注浆材料工作性能和早期强度的作用效果,分析不同缓凝剂的适用性,并确定了各缓凝剂的最佳掺量。基于单一缓凝剂的研究结果,选取3种复配缓凝剂体系对单一缓凝剂存在的问题进行了优化,得到最佳组合体系为三聚磷酸钠-蔗糖。

Research on the Selection of Retarder for the Cement-based Grouting Materials of Tunnel Secondary Lining Vault
Abstract:Cement-based grouting materials are widely used in cavity filling of tunnel vault due to its good fluidity and low cost. Chemical admixtures play an important role in the performance of the grouting materials. In order to study the effect of retarder on the performance of the cement-based grouting materials, six retarders were selected to compare and study the effect of each retarder on the working performance and early strength of cement-based grouting materials, analyze the applicability of different retarders and determine the optimal dosage of retarders. Based on the research results of single retarder, three compound retarder systems were selected to optimize the problems of single retarder, obtaining the optimal combination system of sodium tripolyphosphate-sucrose.
