| Abstract: | Based on the character of SLF radio waves,analyzed the characteristic of SLF electromagnetic waves propagating around the earth-ionosphere cavity and penetrating down into the ocean.Combined with foreign military use,quantitative research the capability of seawater penetration of the SLF,and analyzed the effect on communication ability of SLF of the environment. |
