硒对饲克山病病区粮大鼠肝线粒体~3H—亮氨酸参入的影响

摘    要:本文采用同位素活体参入的方法,观察了饲克山病病区粮组和加硒粮组大鼠肝~3H—亮氨酸参入比放射性的变化,同时测定了肝硒含量,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和TBA值。发现病区组大鼠肝线粒体参入率,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和肝硒含量明显降低,而TBA值却显著升高。此改变提示,病区组大鼠肝抗过氧化能力低下,脂质过氧化物及其代谢产物堆积,导致线粒体蛋白质合成障碍,这可能是内环境缺硒时动物组织细胞呼吸酶活性降低,能量代谢障碍的重要原因之一。

Abstract:This paper studied the comparatively the changes of incorporation of ~3H-leucine into mitochondria of the liver from two groups of rats, one group fed with Se-deficiency diet from Keshan disease endemic area and the after with the same diet supplemented with sedium selenite. The results of our experiments indicated that the specific activity on incoporation of ~3H-leucine and hepatic GSH-px activity and contents of hepatic Se were significantly decreased and the TBA value was remarkably increased in the Se-deficiency diet group. The results suggested that the decrease of hepatic Se and GSH-px activities in the Se-deficiency rats might cause the accumulation of lipid hydroperoxides, which could lead to the destruction of the synthesie of protein in mitochondria. This may be one of important reasons which cause the decrease of respiratory enzyme activity in the cell.
