| 摘 要： | 当前,高职院校的兼职教师管理中存在结构不合理、聘任程序不规范、教学能力差、流动性强、边缘化情况严重等问题,文章在深入分析这些问题的基础上,从法制化、制度化、人性化等三方面提出了相应的解决之道,以期为实现高职院校兼职教师的规范化管理提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Currently part-time teacher management in vocational colleges is confronted with such problems as unreasonable structure,non-standard appointment procedure,being incompetent in teaching,high mobility and serious marginalization.On the basis of an analysis of these problems,this article puts forward countermeasures from the respects of legalization,institutionalization and humanization,which is expected to be of reference significance to standardized management of part-time teachers in vocational colleges. |
