| 摘 要： | 城轨交通工程是一项复杂的系统工程,专业多、涉及面广、投资大.在可行性研究阶段如何合理编制出比较准确的投资估算,此文根据《城市轨道交通工程项目建设标准》规定的投资估算的组成,就编制和控制投资估算的重点和难点进行分析.通过分析与研究,提出合理编制投资估算可采取的方法和措施,以保证所编制投资估算符合工程实际及其准确性。

Discussion of Reasonable Preparation of Urban Rail Transit Project Investment Estimation |

| Abstract: | Urban rail transit project is a complicated system engineering that has the characteristics of many professional, covering widely and large investment. This article discusses how to formulate reasonable accurate investment estimation in the feasibility study phase. According to the composition of investment estimation of the rules of urban rail transit project construction standard, the key and difficult point for controlling the investment estimation are analyzed. Through analysis and research, the reasonable investment estimation methods and measures are put forward to ensure that the preparation of investment estimation are in accordance with the engineering practice and its accuracy. |
