| 摘 要： | 铁路工程定额的实行对控制工程造价起到了重要作用.铁建设2010]223号文公布的《铁路路基工程预算定额》等二十九项定额标准和铁建设2006]113号文发布的《设计概（预）算编制办法》,如何用于新建、改建工程来编制概预算,此文从定额人工消耗与单价、运杂费的计取、行车干扰施工增加费等方面进行探讨,并对存在的有关问题提出解决的建议.

| Abstract: | The practice of railway project quota has played an important role in controlling the engineering cost. The article discusses how to use the 29 quotas issued in 2010 NO. 223 and the railway design estimate compi- ling method issued in 2010 NO. 113 by original Ministry of Railways to compiling estimate for new built and re - built project from the aspects of the human consumption and unit price , freight and miscellane ous charges, traffic interference increased fees, etc.. And suggestions to solve relevant problems are put forward. |
