| 摘 要： | 本实验对病区粮及病区粮加硒喂养大鼠心肌细胞色素氧化酶(CCO),进行超微结构观察,发现病区粮加硒组大鼠心肌线粒体CCO 活性较病区粮组明显升高,并均定位于线粒体嵴膜和内膜,而病区粮组除一例大鼠心肌线粒体CCO 表现明显定位异常外,其余均未发现明显定位改变。

| Abstract: | In order to elucidate the relationshipbetween element Selenium and etiologh ofKeshan disease,weanling rats were dividedrandomly into 2 groups and had been seper-atey fed with diet from Keshan disease(KD)area and that supplemented with Sel-enium(Se diet).Using a new method developed in ourlaboratory.we found cytochrome oxidaseactivity in mitochondria of heart tissue ofthe rat in Se diet group was significantlyhigher than that of KD diet group,and theenzymatic product was located on the cristaland inner membranes in the mitochondria.Within the 5 cases of KD diet group,4 casesshowed that the enzymatic activity of cyto-chrome oxidase was kept in normal localiz-ation as Se diet group,while 1 case demon-strated that within the same mitochondriathe enzymatic product had diffused into thematrix in most part of the mitochondria andwas located on the cristal and inner mem-brances in certain part. |
