信息不对称下两极供应链的合作机制

研究由一个供应商和多个销售商的两极供应链系统。首先分析在需求信息和存贮费信息对称情况下单供应商和多个销售商合作的激励机制模型,进一步探讨在信息不对称的情况下促进供应链成员有效合作的激励机制,并使各供应链成员能建立起长期稳固的合作关系,使整个供应链系统收益最大,同时实现各供应链成员的共赢。

Cooperation Mechanism of Two-stage Supply Chain with Asymmetric Information

A two-stage supply chain system consisting of a single supplier and several retailers is investigated.First,an incentive mechanism model that consists of a single supplier and several retailers is proposed with symmetric demand information and symmetric store fee information corresponding with a supply chain.Based on such a symmetric information model,another incentive mechanism model with asymmetric demand and store fee information is proposed,in order to cooperate the supplier and retailers.And also a firm cooperation mechanism for a long time between them is built up.It realizes the global optimization in an asymmetric information environment.
