以实践能力培养为核心的高职教学研究能力探讨

高职院校强调实践能力,学生要求在人才培养过程中至少有半年以上的顶岗实习,教师要求双师型比例至少50%。相较而言,高职的教学研究氛围不浓,教师教学研究能力较弱,在部分教师中间有重实践能力而轻教学研究能力的倾向。基于此,文中分析了实践能力培养与教学研究能力的辩证统一关系,论述了教学研究的重要性,并提出了改进建议。

Discussion about Higher Vocational College Teaching Research Ability Based on the Cultivation of Practice Ability as the Core

Practical ability is emphasized in higher vocational colleges.During the Personnel training,students must study out of school at least more than half a year,and teachers demand ratio of at least 50% in double teacher type.In contrast,higher vocational college teaching and research atmosphere is not dense,teachers＇ teaching ability is weaker.Some teachers think practical ability is heavier than teaching and research ability.Based on this,this paper analyzes the dialectical unity relationship between the cultivation of practical ability and teaching research ability,discusses the importance of teaching and research,and put forward some suggestions.
