Summary of Modern Marine Integrated Electric Propulsion Technology

This article introduces the development and present condition of marine electric propulsion technology particularly the composition,classification,advantages and disadvantages of the current marine integrated electric propulsion system.The advantages of integrated electric propulsion system are shown through its application on a 3 000 t class sea survey vessel.The prospect for the research and development of our country's electric propulsion is presented.
