曲轴、凸轮轴传感器故障时的电控柴油机喷射控制

摘    要:根据故障传感器类别、发动机运转情况的不同将发动机状态分类,并确定了各状态间的转换条件及传感器失效判断算法。对应不同状态,建立了不同的相位判断算法与喷射控制时序,编写了完整的曲轴、凸轮轴传感器故障时的喷射控制软件。实验结果表明,该喷射控制软件可在曲轴、凸轮轴传感器失效或恢复的情况下维持发动机运转。

Abstract:According to the type of sensors failure and the operation conditions of engine,the injection control is changed for dealing with five different states of engine.The conditions for transition between different states of engine and the algorithm to evaluate the sensor malfunction are defined.Different phase judgment algorithms and the time sequence of injection control are established for different states of engine,and hence an injection control software is developed.The experiment results show that the software can keep the engine running when crankshaft and camshaft sensors fail to function.
