摘    要:介绍了各类异形销孔的分类及成形原理,指出非圆曲面形销孔是高速强载活塞销孔结构的发展方向。对异形销孔的加工方法及存在的问题进行了分析,指出了现有加工技术的局限性。为实现各类异形销孔的精密加工,提出了一种基于磁致伸缩材料的新型镗杆结构,并对其进行了结构优化和试验验证。试验结果表明优化结果是合理的,为异形销孔的加工提供了一条新途径。

Abstract:Classification and forming principle of different kinds of odd-shaped pinholes are introduced.It is pointed out that the non-circular curved surface pinhole is the development direction of pinhole structure of the high-speed high-load pistons.The machining method of odd-shaped pinholes and problems are analyzed,and limitations of the existing machining technology are pointed out.A new magnetostriction material boring bar is presented for precision finishing of different types of odd-shaped pinholes,and structural optimization and test validation are carried out.Test results indicate that the optimization results are rational, and it is a new way for odd-shaped pinhole machining.
