| Abstract: | Employing the value engineering as theoretical method, this paper introduces the basic theory of value engineering combined with the characteristics of the equipments operation management of coal port enterprises. Take the coal wharf of 30 million ton throughput in 2012 as an example, the paper elaborated the application method and key steps of value engineering in the equipments operation management of coal port enterprises. |
