| 摘 要： | 在港口运输行业皮带机系统迅猛发展的同时,如何确保皮带机均匀分料和设备安全、平稳运行,正成为一个新的课题。主要对神华黄骅港务公司块煤筛分系统分料不均的问题进行了分析,并对皮带机均匀分料技术在块煤筛分系统中的应用进行了研究,结合实际应用案例,探讨了皮带机均匀分料技术改造方案。此项技术实现了均匀分料,为设备安全运行提供了可靠保障,节约了维修成本,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | The belt conveyor system in port transportation industry has rapidly developed and made important contri- butions. Belt conveyor uniform dosing and device secure and smooth running are being a new issue. This paper mainly ana- lyzed the problem of dosing inequality in lump coal screening system in Shenhua Huanghua Port Service Co. , Ltd.. The application of uniform dosing technology for belt conveyor in lump coal screening system was detailed discussed. This paper probed the modification scheme of uniform dosing technology for belt conveyor combined with the actual application case. This technology realized uniform dosing to material, provided reliable protection for safe operation of equipment, greatly saved maintenance costs, and improved production efficiency. |
