摘 要: | 为了对混合动力汽车电池组温度进行实时监测,文章在大量试验基础上,设计了基于数字信号处理器TMS320F2812和数字温度传感器DS18B20为核心的电池组温度监控系统,可以实现电池组温度的实时监测与采集,采集得到的数据通过串口与上位机进行通信,利用LabVIEW图形界面可以实时显示温度的变化过程。试验证明此系统工作迅速可靠,能够较好完成电池管理系统温度参数的监测。

Design of Temperature Monitoring System for Battery Package Based on TI2812 |

Abstract: | In order to conduct a real-time temperature monitoring of the battery package for hybrid electrical vehicle(HEV), a battery package temperature monitoring system that relying on digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was designed based on a large of experiments was described in this paper. This system could real-timely monitor and collect temperature of the battery package, and by means of the communication between serial port and PC, the acquired data and its change could be real-timely displayed on the LabVIEW interface. It was proved that this system, being rapid and reliable, realized the function of temperature monitoring for the battery management system. |
