高职港口机电类实习学生在港口装卸公司的成长探讨

以青岛港一线装卸公司为试点,就青岛港湾职业技术学院港口机电类实习学生培养问题进行了深入探讨。针对学生在顶岗实习过程中出现的适应能力较差、吃苦能力欠缺、内生动力缺乏、工作效率低等问题,以加强对学生培训和管理为切入点,论述了对高职港口机电类学生在港口装卸公司成长成才的培养措施,对合理有效提高学生的综合职业能力,完成从学生到产业工人的顺利转变具有重要意义。

Discussion about the Progress of Higher Vocational Intern at Stevedoring Company of Port

This paper discussed the training method of the higher vocational students at a stevedoring company in Qingdao Harbour. Due to the problems of the students during practice, such as the poor adaptability, lack of bear ability and endogenous power and low working efficiency, the training strategy of interns majoring in port mechanical and electrical was discussed. The results provide a reference for improving students＇comprehensive vocational ability and completing the transition smoothly from students to industrial workers.
