摘    要:利用CRUISE对ZK6100H客车进行整车建模及仿真模拟,分析了该客车的动力性、燃油经济性以及制动性能。将仿真实验数据与公告数据进行对比,确定了仿真模型的可靠性。通过正交优化方法对汽车的传动系统进行正交优化,应用极差分析原理确定兼顾动力性及燃油经济性的优化组合。

Abstract:The simulation model of the coach ZK6100H was built up using CRUISE software,The coach’s dynamic property,fuel economy and braking ability were analyzed according to simulation test.To assure the great precision of the model,the simulation result was compared with the road test outcome.Through the orthogonal table,the optimization combination on power trains' parameters was selected with both better performance and fuel economy.
