| 摘 要： | 通过摒弃传统的以分析交通流参数来判断是否会发生交通拥堵的方法，综合考虑各种导致城市交通拥堵因素（包括天气、时间段等），以粗糙集理论为依据，建立一套判断城市交通拥堵算法，为交通拥堵预警提供分析与支持，并进行模拟实验仿真。仿真结果表明：该方法是可行有效的，可改善拥堵预警的准确率并减少误报率。
