反舰导弹可靠性试验信息处理与综合方法研究

近年来，由于试验子样数限制，单纯依靠飞行试验数据很难对可靠性指标作出科学、合理的评定。因此需要将大量的可信的导弹地面试验、分系统试验等不同来源的有效试验数据，用于导弹可靠性评定中。论文结合武器系统试验与鉴定工作实际，针对试验数据的特点，研究了指数型数据与成败型数据的折合方法、成败型串联系统的单一等效方法和不同试验环境下的数据转换方法，提高了试验数据的利用率，增强了可靠性评定结果的合理性，同时，节省了试验经费，缩短了试验周期。

Processing and Comprehensive Method of Anti-ship Missile Reliability Test Information

In recent years, limited by the test sample size, it＇s difficult to make reasonable and precise evaluation to reliability index based on flight test data. So a mass of credible data from other test, including missile ground test and subsystem test etc. , should be used in missile reliability evaluation. Combining with the reality of weapon system test and evaluation work, this paper do research on equivalence method of exponential and binomial data, single equivalence method of binomial series system and data transformation method between data from different test environment according to the characteristic of test data. The research has great means to improving the data utilization rate, enhancing the rationality of the reliability evaluation result, savin~ test expense and reduein~ test period.
