| 摘 要： | 提出一种频谱规划方法。该方法将多智能体技术应用于频率分配领域来解决用频系统的频谱规划问题，基本思想是通过把各个分离部分的频谱规划的智能体综合集成为一个的系统，使得大系统的工作更加协调，从而发挥大系统整体的最大效益，达到更加灵活地进行频谱的监测与分析、短波探测与分析，合理地进行频谱的规划、分配频率，使得各系统之间兼容工作的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the multi-agent technology applied to spectrum planning, a new frequency planning approach of solving the frequen cy assignment for the distributed using frequency system is proposed in the paper. A spectrum planning system is taken as one big intellect a gent, including much disconnected intellect agent. Then, the big system can works more coordinatly, to actualize the most frequency utility. And it can reach the destination of flexible monitor, nimble shortwave dectection, reasonable assignment and mutual consistency. |
