抱轴式牵引电动机吊挂刚度的优化

摘    要:采用多刚体动力学软件SIMPACK,在时域里建立了完整的抱轴式机车整车动力学模型,分析了牵引电动机吊挂刚度和电机点头转动惯量对电机各向振动加速度和机车动力学性能的影响。发现优化电机吊挂刚度可以改善其工作条件,特别是明显地减小电机垂向加速度,但机车整车性能几乎无变化。还比较了不同吊挂刚度电机的振动频率,指出车体振动频率低于2Hz可能是抱轴式电机吊挂刚度改变未明显影响车体振动的原因。

Abstract:In time range, a complete dynamic model of locomotive with axle-hung motor is established by SIMPACK. The influences of the traction motor suspension stiffness and pitching moment of inertia on the accelerations at all directions and the dynamic performances of locomotive are analyzed. It is found out that by optimizing the suspension stiffness the work conditions could be improved, especially the vertical acceleration could be greatly decreased but the locomotive performances remains almost the same. Vibration frequencies under different stiffness are compared. It is pointed out that a carbody vibration frequency lower than 2 Hz could be the reason why the suspension stiffness change does not result in an obvious effect on carbody vibration.
