浅析建筑工程项目信息化的现状及实施建议

研究目的:研究建筑工程项目信息化的实施现状及尚需解决的问题,为工程项目信息化和土木工程行业信息化的建设和发展提供参考。研究方法:本文以37个在建工程项目信息化状况调研为基础,深入分析了工程项目信息化的需求,并对系统实施结合现场需求提出了建议,同时对信息化实施需要解决的问题进行了分析。研究结论:目前建筑工程项目实施信息化是很有必要的,并且具备了使用和推广的基础。工程项目信息化的主要需求是搭建多层次的管理平台、创建以数据为中心的工作流程、构建涵盖项目建设周期的一体化系统,同时以项目管理为核心、增强系统的适应性和积累信息资源、构建企业项目管理知识库也是工程项目信息化的重要内容。工程项目信息化的难点是工作任务分解的一致性、工程项目信息化系统与目前在用的通用系统、行业软件的无缝对接以及建立能够反应企业真实成本的企业定额库。

Preliminary Analysis of Current Situation and Relevant Proposals of Information Management System for Construction Projects

Research purposes: It is to research current situation and problems to be solved of informationnization management system for construction projects,and to provide references to constructions and developments of informationnization management system for construction projects and civil engineering industry.Research methods:Based on investigation and research into current situation of 37 projects which are in construction,this papaer deeply discusses requirements of informationnization system for projects and gives some executing proposals against urgent demand of job sites.At the same time,problems to be solved are further analyzed.Research conclusions:It is very necessary to make abroad applications of information system for civil projects,and basic conditions have been in use.Major requirements of the system are a multilayer management structure,a new construction procedure focusing on data management,and an integration system covering construction cycle of projects.To strengthen adaptability of the system to new surroundings focusing on project management and to build knowledge-repositories of projects by accumulating project information are also very important.The key contents of the system are to make standardization of work breakdown structures,to combine the system with general systems and industry software seamlessly,and to construct enterprise quotas which can response objective costs for different enterprise.
