摘    要:以8 m3水泥混凝土搅拌输送车为例,介绍了混凝土搅拌输送车驱动方案和液压系统主要参数的确定,传动系统原理图的拟定以及各液压元件的选型及功率、扭矩校核,并对整个系统的扭矩和功率流程进行了校核,保证了整个系统设计的合理性和可靠性.

Abstract:Taking 8 m3 cement concrete agitating lorry for example, this paper introduces the design methods of drive scheme and hydraulic pressure system's main parameter of concrete agitating lorry, the principle figure of hydraulic transmission system, the selection of hydraulic pressure component. Also varifies the power and torsion of hydraulic pressure component, and the torsion and power procedure of the whole system, which guarantees the rationality and reliability of the whole system.
